Work for GoodTime

GoodTime made its name as an interview scheduling platform for recruiting teams. By 2022, however, the product had evolved beyond simply scheduling interviews — it was now helping companies manage and optimize the entire candidate relationship before, during, and after the interview.

Additionally, the company had its sights set on applying the same technology to not only interviews, but all types of meetings an organization has. This called for a complete website redesign, brand overhaul, and new copy for 15+ key web pages. I worked closely with the marketing team and design agency to plan the content strategy of every page and then write the copy.

Product Page - Hire

Hire was GoodTime’s flagship product at the time of the redesign—a tool recruiting teams used to manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process. This page’s job was to not only showcase Hire’s key benefits to multiple types of users, but also tell the larger story of emphasizing candidate relationship over candidate experience. The candidate relationship story was a critical piece of the larger brand story GoodTime was telling.

Platform Page

The Platform page’s goal was to give prospects a deeper dive into GoodTime’s product suite and showcase the benefits it offers to different teams within a company, from recruiting to sales to customer success.

Home Page

The GoodTime home page had the tall task of speaking to the brand’s larger vision for the future (optimizing all types of meetings), while not neglecting the company’s valuable position in the candidate relationship / hiring space. The final product managed to strike the right balance by illustrating multiple use cases and featuring clear CTAs for recruiting teams.
